Please note, we have various other machines to cover jobs of many different types, including surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, centreless grinding, drilling and tapping.

All C.N.C machines are connected to a Pathtrace Cad - Cam system that generates programmes and stores them for repeat manufacturing. We can also machine from your DXF or IGES files.

Almost any material can be machined by Aldersbrook from castings, forgings, diecasts, cut blanks, bar stock and extrusions. Previous components have been made from Titanium, nimonic, stainless steel, cast iron, lead, aluminium, case hardening steel, mild steel, toolsteel, brass, plastics, nylon, perspex, ptfe etc. and wood.
